To Be or Not to Be

And with 3 weeks to go until the Dunmow Art Group Exhibition, I had finished a new abstract. It was finished to the point it was signed and I ordered the frame. .... However ... I woke up this morning and decided it was too busy and dark. Will it be finished in time or not?
