Well it's March. We've made it this far and the hares are hopefully running about the fields (well what's left of them anyway). I used to see them regularly in some nearby fields that are now being 'developed'. Admittedly it was never grade A agricultural land, but watching the hares race around and occasionally box was a delight. I do wonder what will happen to them now houses are being built.
During lockdown I've been trying out new methods and styles. This is one of a few animals in mixed-media on canvas. Titled 'Golden Hare Rd' it is H20 x W25cm £75
