Ammonite of Artwork

I have been working on a series of artworks based around ammonites. There is something oddly soothing about the shape. A naturally occurring example of the Fibonacci sequence.

The first of these was initially on display at the Dunmow Art Group Spring Exhibition. It is called Ammonite at the Opera. It now has three friends Ammonite at the Circus, Ammonite Life and Ammonite Le Moins Chère, with possibly more to come.

These will all be on display at the Dunmow Art Group Exhibition in Stebbing on Saturday and Sunday 10-11th October.
