Berries in the Sunshine

This time out sketching with the local art group, I broke out the soft pastels. I haven't used these in a while, but they are good for bringing colour to a subject when outside. Light to carry and no need of water (although I could add some to it later). However they can be a little messy for the hands. This time I picked up some hawthorn berries on the way.
